This will be a powerful online circle with the focus on a heart opening & energy healing, and our favourite reiki drum journey experience. The energy healing will help to shift and release bringing you back into a state of balance, opening our hearts so we can fully embody unconditional love.

⟴This is group is a magical place to create and set intentions, clear out our limiting beliefs and old stored emotions AND put our new cleansed energy into all that you desire. The reiki drum journey it is a beautiful way to receive guidance and clarity within yourself by accessing your dream world and super-conscious mind.

⟴We start the session with either sharing or journalling what we wish to release, then we move onto the energy cleanse and heart healing. This creates space for love to flow into us - leaving no room for what no longer serves us and what doesn't belong to us - and we fill the space with love, intentions & healing energy. Being in the state of love is the most beautiful place to be and once connected here it will always move us forward in the right direction, manifesting and attracting from a place of love and empowerment.

⟴Then we move onto the reiki drum journey. This is a practise to tap into our inner guide and intuition to gain clarity. The repetitive drum beats take our mind down to a dream state where we access our superconcious mind to gain insights to any answers or questions we may have. The journey is a great way to access what we already know and to tap into our soul and essence and find out what may be stopping you from fully embodying your dreams.

⟴During the whole class you will also be receiving the reiki energy which will heal, transform and move you forward in the right direction. Reiki is a poweful healing modality which taps into the energy already inside you.

⟴There is time after to journal about your journey, share or ask questions (if you wish).

⟴The circle is a powerful and healing place to come together from all corners of the world. It is online and help via Zoom meeting and if you require privacy and anonymity then you are more than welcome to join with your cameras off.

⟴Make sure you have a quiet place where you will not be disturbed and have some warm blankets, a journal and pen and any ritual items like candles and crystals.
