You might be afraid to invest because you cannot change your mind in the future.
Our coaching contract have a strict engagement for half of the coaching period. e.g. if we feel together that a 6-months coaching package is best for you. Then your engaged for 3-months. Any issue arising, you might stop early.
It never happened to any of our clients, yet.
The market of psychology, coaching and self-development is rich in offering. It feels overwhelming and honestly, we understand: we have been there too.
When we seek the help from someone, we found overtime that we have three important factors that will determine the success of the experience:

Great coaches know that they don't have all the keys for everyone every time. We might send you somewhere else for a experience to unlock things on your own.
- is the practitioner practicing and embodying what he/she preaches?
In the coaching community there is a saying " XXX" . In others worlds, what we help with is what are deep-diving in full-time.
In that sense, Coaches tend to be very active seekers and investors in their own growth. Their offer will improve while growing.
You generally don't see that in what we would coined "motivation coaches" or even in psychotherapy.
- is the practitioner really present during our sessions?
You might think its crazy, but actually we don't believe most of the market offers high-level presence and listening during coaching sessions.
Yes, do you really think someone can have high level empathy while listening hours in a row?
On our side, we expect 2-3 sessions / day to be a maximum and we reschedule if we can't deliver the level of presence necessary.
When you feel you pay a high price, remember that coaches have to reduce their numbers of clients to be able to deliver high-quality services and deeply impact your lives.
The availability in-between the sessions is a perks that is priceless. You'll feel it when you hit a wall and that you just have to message us.
