WHY?
Many women are entrepreneurs because we desired the freedom to be ourselves, live purposefully and honour our bodies & its rhythm. But many of us continue to feel chained up, even in our own passion projects. "Why is this so hard? I have so much fear? Why am I on the edge of burnout so often? Why does it feel like I'm selling myself out? Why do I keep feeling lack, no matter the amount of money that comes in? Why do I crave validation so much? Why do I feel blocked in my expression? Am I not good enough to deserve an abundant life? Why do I procrastinate? How come, even when I follow all the common strategies, things still don't feel right?"
The answer is simple: We repeat our wounding in our business. We may have amazing ideas about the life we desire, but if we're holding stuck emotional energy from our past, we will recreate and keep recreating exactly what our nervous system has been used to. It's not your fault, it was never your fault, but right now only you can decide to liberate yourself.
Our own business is the terrain on which we'll project our attachment wounds, our relationship with our parents and our view of the world. And until we liberate our past, we will continue experiencing the same familiar feelings & blocks and ignorantly call it 'fate'.

What I do not do is: give out generalised advice & business strategy, tell you to follow 'my recipe for success', impose my own belief systems, make big ungrounded promises or claim to know the absolute truth. It can be seductive out there to subscribe to easy solutions. If you have the sense that someone will save you from your pain, they have already disempowered you & any change in you will be temporary. I offer the not-so- sexy, yet deeply transformative inner work.
I combine 1:1 with group sessions because in my experience it is hard for people to go deep enough in group sessions alone.

About your guide
Isabelle is a Msc. Psychologist, who went holistic & spiritual after being faced with her own eating disorder, low self worth, trauma history & burnout. After a decade of confused seeking & deep shadow work, she found clarity & connection, upon which she started her own coaching practice devoted to female thriving.
She's trained in holistic modalities & trauma-recovery and combines this with embodiment & non-duality.
She lives in South Portugal with her long-term partner Alexis and their relationship is the playground for experiencing deep connection & inner freedom at the same time. Her own inner journey continues and currently she's integrating some chronically frozen energies in her body.
