Isabelle is Belgian psychologist who's been building on a rich experience working in London, Brussels & Berlin, in both consulting, coaching and non-profit social artistic projects. A sabbatical gave Isabelle the opportunity to explore the eastern world, heal her issues around food, body & other deep-seated limitations and gave her the inspiration to found Full of Joy.

Full of Joy, founded by Isabelle in 2017 has started has a coaching company supporting women using intuitive eating to come to terms with their eating disorders( e.g binge eating) and their self-worth around their physical appearance.

Alexis is a French designer who has been giving time to not-for-profit digital organization, interacting with Top-University Innovation Labs, Strategic Agencies, Growing Startups, Recently-Acquired Startups & Large Corporate Structures. During the same sabbatical experience he decided to take advantage of his Design Strategist skills and aimed to crack the codes of Happiness, Fulfillment & Wealth. Rather uniquely, he decided to consider Personal Development & Spirituality as any other industry he would work for and try to bring an innovative spin to it !

Alexis’s research turned out as a 3-year 360° innovative research side project, exploring the most unconventional sides of history, science and spirituality. Strong from all these new understanding and experiences, Alexis joined forces with Isabelle beginning of 2020 to expand Full of Joy’s mission and offering.

Isabelle and Alexis are a couple, they know each others for 12 years and got in a relationship 6 years ago. They are expressing though leadership and inspire a sense of integrity and playfulness.

Alexis as a designer, and marketing strategist would tell you that, in the last century, our societal structure became designed as a capitalistic materialistic machine creating products, and feeding on the animal side of human’s biology, our compulsive behaviors.

On the other side, Isabelle as an Holistic psychologist would say that we live in a increasingly digitalized and globalized world, largely impacted by the United-States’ culture, we live in a society that… increases core psychological disorders like codependency and narcissism. The behaviors are getting reinforced by the current social media addictive platforms.

Oh! Joy…

Most understand joy as an intense feeling of happiness.

But what is it, really? Where does it come from?

Why in our modern society… depression is everywhere and happiness nowhere?

Was it always the case? If not, what happened to us, modern humans?

You can feel happiness in many situations like after…. acting on a compulsion and feeling the release…

Your compulsion is your choice: some smoke, some drink alcohol, some eat chocolate cakes, some have sex, some read books, some go running etc.

Some compulsion are not really… socially acceptable while some other are… increasing your social status.

But if you dive deeper, if you allow yourself to read and learn about happiness you realize that it is not a a feeling that you can just feel sometimes, in the middle, of your sea of depression, stress and anxiety…

Happiness, when nurtured and expanded turns into permanent bliss. This is what we mean with ‘Full of Joy’.

Even we we assume that it’s possible for anyone to feel permanently happy, in this ‘bliss’… we are in the business of making people feel more happiness. Because this is already a beautiful challenge.

We can almost hear you asking… but why would I be more happy?

Although this is the most stupid question… ever! We love it.

It shows, in this right moment, how much we’ve been disconnecting from the magical side of Life!

OK. Was your life more fun, light and meaningful when you where playing with other children at 5 years-old or… is it now? If we told you, you can keep all your knowledge acquired and feel everyday like you where 5 years old, what would change in your life?

A awful lot would change.

Whenever you are poor or rich, it does not matter.

Your stress, anxiety and depression would disappear, your creative potential would increase dramatically and your ability to relax and enjoy your life would be constant.
